I just couldn't figure out if he was objecting to....religious people, or stupid people!!

I am pretty sure he is objecting stupid people, or "morons", hence the joke, that he is opposed to morons, however is one himself and cannot even spell the word! Cindy, you are funny! Or....
yeah, he's just supporting a cause, calling all objectors "morans", and simultaneously making himself one.
