'Aight- anyone who will be in the vicinity of Pleasant Grove for Christmas, say "Aye"!
So...how 'bout a Watson Christmas dinner at our house one of these days? Who will be around, and what days/times would work best for everyone? Let me know and we'll schedule something! I mean look, we got the house all decorated and everything!

We'll be there! No fair that you already got your house decorated. I was hoping for another redo of the house building contest of yore.

If they would let me out of the hospital, we'd come! (Sadly, they won't.)

As for what to bring, I'll be doing ham again, and I can do the funeral potatoes. I need takers for salad, dessert, drinks, rolls, paper products, and anything else we can think of.
Also- what days work well for everyone after the 21st?

When are they institutionalizing you? And for what specifically? That definately sounds like an awful way to spend Christmas.
Andra, I'm going in on the 15th unless something changes. It's just my usual - IVs for a bad lung infection that I have had for 2 months now. Definitely not the way I'd pick to spend Christmas, but oh well. My other option is to wait until January, which wouldn't be a great idea since it's already gone on for 2 months.
Sadly, I must say that our family wont be coming this year, but if we come for a visit next summer we better plan another big one ok.
We are here but we aren't sure of availability. With the newborn as well as Maria's family will be here so just let us know the date and we can see if we can make it work.
How about if we schedule it for Family Home Evening, Monday the 22nd? We are spreading ourselves very thin this year among all our families, but that night would work well for us. Anyone else?

WE'LL BRING PAPER PLATES, CUPS, NAPKINS AND PLASTIC WARE. WE'LL ALSO BRING A JELLO AND COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD (GRAMPA'S FAVORITE!)
