Oh my! I can't believe you cant see it! She's very surprised at seeing Austin Powers, and is preparing her flailing pinky finger to press to her lips while saying "ONE MILLION DOLLARS!" (except she remembers mid-movement that she doesn't know how to talk...) Come on Jeremy!

Wow! That picture really reminds me of Cindy Lynn when she was a baby. Granted, I do have a very, very bad memory so I could be way off base.

hey, i remember Cindy Lynn having that much hair too! of course, I was not around her quite as much as you were.
