Is it that this man is now sharing every one's secrets with the whole world? Weird, however, probably healthy, since we live in such a perfectionist society it is hard for people to believe that others have struggles just like we do.

OK, I figured it out. Take a look at his hands. This guy is clearly a girl and the caption calls her a man. The thing is, I don't think she is trying to hide anything. She's just a masculine looking bald girl.
Jeff nailed it. Definitely a woman. Poor gal may end up sending in her own postcard: "People think that I am a man..."
