I can't see the tennis shoes but I believe that they are a local chapter of Heaven's Gate.
They are watching a video that is being projected onto the ceiling. Oh, wait, at girl's night out. Jeannie, are you coming to GNO with us this year? Mother's day weekend - just buy a ticket and you, too, can lay on the bed and watch a movie

It looks like the bed at the farm. So I would guess they're waiting for Grampa Doc to adjust them. (I can see the cord to the arthrostim in the upper left corner.)
Yes, that was fun seeing you guys! The kids loved everything except for the fire ants.
