Val, it is true. Retainers for the next two months, and then for the rest of my life at night. Romantic, yes?? ;)
I have glued in ones (7 years now) and do not regret it. I just wish they went farther around my mouth as teeth still move. I have never lost them or broken them, and as I lazy man, I appreciate never have to think about them.
