more tax return questions

So, should we do windows, a wood stove, or put in a new furnace? Ours is about 25 yrs old and I am sure terrifically inefficient. So, should we look at doing this or should we just wait till it dies?

I'd have to say that I would probably go for the new windows first, cause they'll look great! And then a furnace, and lastly a wood stove. Unless you are as diligent as Andra and can heat your whole house with the wood stove....

My vote is for windows too. Why put in a new furnace if you are just going to blow the hot air out the old windows?
