American Idol

How many almost 2.5 year olds do you know that can do this? This is her short version, which she impromptu modified for your viewing pleasure. When we put Cali to bed, she gets some reading time, prayer and some songs. She practiced this one about a week. She amazes us.

What a cutie! Ben you have lots to brag about. How are Jennie, and the to be man child?

I think Jenny is starting to look pregnant (a little). She turned sideways the other day and I thought I saw a small bulge.
The kid is big enough and moves enough to give her a round belly one minute and an oblong, odd-shaped (cute)one the next. I am soweh stowecked!

You know how with little kids, you might see some friends or people and you say, "Cali, say, "what's up, guys"?" Or something like that? Well, Cali tells us constantly things like, "Momma/Daddy, say: hey Cali, good job, Cali!; or mommy /daddy, say: hey, Cali, now remember not to go pee pee in bed!" You know, telling us what to tell her to say or do. Or just telling us what to say in a given situation. Funny kid.
Hope that explanation makes sense.

Suzy just finished Grey's Anatomy and can now draw all of the muscles, sinews, and bones in detail with all of the latin and english names from memory. After lunch, she wants to read all of Hawking's works and correct his knowledge gaps.

Touche.

Ah, ha ha ha ha! Why Grant, when we babysat her the other day, she re-built our broken DVD player! It was astounding!

Cali is getting too big and it's been too long since we've seen her! She's just adorable.

And Jeff and I think we've guessed the song... Erasure's Give a Little Respect? Are we right? Do we win a prize?

Grant, unfortunately Uncle Dave said the same things about Katie (Peggy's daughter.) And again unfortunately it was actually true. Fortunately for all of us we do have amazingly beautiful smart outstanding children who we can be very proud of, rebuilt DVD players or not!

Well I'm glad that all of your children are smart and cute. Although Maria and I have none, you may be interested to know that Our cat has just published her fourth paper on "bounded harmonic functions" in the sustaiining of proper fission reactions. That and she is the first cat ever to be nominated for the nobel peace prize turns our her comunicai with the saudi prince was a little more effective than we thought. Also she just spliced the last necesarry gene in the irish potato plant so that we can plant it in soil without water and so all africa will soon have food. How ya like that!

Love you guys. That was fun.

Apache Watsons said...

Oh, Jeremy, tsk tsk tsk. Don't you mean BONDED harmonic functions? Cali was laughing roariously, and I couldn't figure out why until I, too, read your comment. Hmm hmm hmm!!

Jeremy said...

Glad you enjoyed it. It was fun typing it.

LOL--you guys are funny. Grant, post a picture of Suzy and tell us what she's up to, please!!
