Happy Birthday to Carter!

Well, Carter is now, officially, six. Yesterday, the 14th, was his real birthday, but the party was tonight. And let me tell you- this was the party place to end all party places! Wouldn't you say, Andra? The staff served the pizza, played games with the kids, cleaned up the messes, and even wrote you lists of all the gifts your child received. They even carted all our stuff out to the car afterward! All I had to do was bring a cake and take pictures. Awesome. Not to mention the inflatable bouncy toys, themed rooms with fog machines and a balloon artist. SO cool.

Sounds like a *great* birthday place! I want someone to clean up the mess for me!!

I can't believe how big he's getting. What a cute kid!

And any kid that gets to "torch" his own birthday cake (referring to the pic), wow, what a birthday! Is that cousin Justin with him? How much fun. How about all the same age cousins fly here for Hunters birthday the end of February? Great, we'll get it planned, you guys get the tickets!

Ahh, Amber - you left out all the GOOD pictures! No kidding - I think Amber and Jeff found the BEST place for a birthday party! All of the physical entertainment you could ask for, a super excited babysitter, any kind of balloon animal you can imagine, wow!!! Justin fell asleep on the way home - totally worn out from playing with Carter and Uncle Jeff.
As for Hunter's party - Laila, why don't we plan it, and YOU can buy us tickets????

Darn Andra, you caught me. I was hoping that you would just think my idea was perfect and go out and buy some plane tickets right away. Unfortunately all my money is caught up in my houses in Maui and Equador and the stock market so I just can't foot that kind of a bill. Oh well. Maybe we can just have a party at the beach!

Definately a party at the beach! Yeah! Can we have Costco cake?????

I think that is a great idea Andra... youcanhaveanythingyouwantatthebeach..
Notice Cindys problem. All that darn subliminal messaging about the beach.

So where was this amazing birthday place? and may I just say that Carter is oh. . .so. . .handsome!!!! Whew! He is a tenny tiny heartbreaker! I want the kind of costco cake with some kind of chocolate fudge filling.

Oh, I want the chocolate cake with the cheesecake filling....yum! I haven't had sugar in almost a week and I'd kill for a piece of chocolate!!!

Good job cindy with the no sugar. Any easier yet?

abstowe said...

So sorry about the no sugar thing. I'll make sure I eat some extra just for you....

Cindy said...

No, not easier really. About the same--hard all week.

But Russ made a smoothie this morning, and I did partake. Just one mouthful. And BLECH!! It was way too sweet! I think it was too sweet anyway, but even more too sweet for me.....

Isn't that funny how at one point it seems like you can't get enough sweets, then at another something can actually seem too sweet. You are doing good.
